for Additional Children Act This act would eliminate the incremental
increase in benefits under the TANF program, under which families who would
otherwise not be eligible for benefits become eligible as the result of
a birth of a child.

Time Limits on TANF
Benefits Act This legislation delineates several time constraints
in regard to eligibility for TANF financial assistance, several eligibility
renewal requirements, and several social services exception regulations
and procedures regarding time limits. Under the stipulations of this act,
TANF recipients cannot receive assistance for longer than 24 months – even
if children are involved.
