Uniform Diesel Smoke
Testing Act This legislation exempts vehicles on classification
rather than on actual diesel emissions, prohibits Federal or State funds
for testing unless numerous bureaucratic hurdles are met, and included
test standards "designed to ensure that no engine will fail" –such as requiring
the only engines tested are those which "visibly emit black smoke"

State Responses to
Kyoto Climate Change Prototcol Act This legislation prohibits
the proposal or promulgation of state regulations intended to reduce emissions
of greenhouse gases, prior to ratification of the Kyoto climate change
protocol by the United States Senate.

Resolution to Eliminate
the Clean Air Act's Employee Trip Reduction Provision This
resolution calls for an amendment to the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990;
eliminating the provision in the Clean Air Act that calls for an Employee
Trip Reduction.
