ALEC corporate contributors -- also known as "Private Sector Partners" -- come together under one roof to finalize their special interest agenda once each year.  At those meetings,  corporate bigwigs and CEO's have a separate vote  -- and veto  power -- over every piece of ALEC model legislation.
